CIHI does reconciliation in a good way

Over the past year, almost all employees of the Canadian Institute on Health Information have taken our Indigenous Cultural Competence course.  CIHI continues to be a leader in organizational reconciliation:  the first session was for senior executives to ‘walk the talk’, made opportunity for all employees to learn more about their opportunity and responsibility for Indigenous cultural competence, employees and teams continue to do the work to consider how reconciliation changes both programs and policies, and they have signed partnership agreements with Indigenous organizations.  What steps has your organization taken on the road of reconciliation?

And at this session with CIHI, Gene Jamieson achieved his Certified ICC Facilitator designation!
